1. Delivery Regions & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the number of barrels ordered:

Note: 1 product quantity = 1 barrel (42 US gallons).

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Local deliveries (Dallas): 3–5 business days
• Rest of Texas: 5–7 business days
• Outside USA: 7–14 business days, depending on customs and freight schedules

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email with order details and estimated delivery time.

4. Tracking & Communication

• For orders shipped via logistical carriers or freight, tracking information will be provided when available.
• Customers are encouraged to provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information to avoid delays.

5. Handling & Safety

• FuelPro ensures proper handling and compliance with safety regulations during shipping.
• Customers are responsible for safe unloading, storage, and handling upon delivery.

6. Damages & Issues During Shipping

• Any shipping damage or delivery issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
• FuelPro will investigate and, if verified, arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.

7. Shipping Restrictions

• Certain regions may have legal or logistical restrictions on fuel delivery.
• FuelPro reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations where safe or legal transportation cannot be guaranteed.
