At FuelPro Bulk Energy, we take pride in providing high-quality bulk fuel products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, but we are committed to addressing issues related to delivery errors or defective products. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Returns
- Bulk Fuel Products: Due to safety, storage, and handling regulations, fuel cannot be returned once delivered.
- Exceptions: Returns may be considered only if the product delivered is incorrect or defective. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only for verified incorrect or defective deliveries.
- Refunds will cover the value of the affected product only, excluding shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days.
3. Reporting Issues

4. Shipping Damage

5. Custom Orders & Bulk Contracts
- Orders of 50+ barrels or custom fuel contracts are non-refundable unless the product delivered does not match the agreed specifications.
6. Limitations
- FuelPro Bulk Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from fuel orders.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage, handling, or usage of the fuel after delivery.
7. Changes to this Policy
