1. General

FuelPro Bulk Energy supplies bulk fuel products, including gasoline, diesel, and marine fuels. All sales are subject to the terms outlined below. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase fuel for commercial or personal use in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Orders

  • Minimum order quantity is 1 barrel (42 US gallons) unless otherwise specified.
  • Orders can be placed through our website or via request for quote forms.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD per barrel and include applicable volume discounts.
  • FuelPro accepts payments via bank transfer (wire) and Bitcoin.
  • Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. The final price is confirmed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the number of barrels ordered:
    • Dallas, Texas: $20 / barrel
    • Rest of Texas: $45 / barrel
    • Outside USA: $85 / barrel
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, subject to availability and location.
  • FuelPro is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external carriers or force majeure events.

5. Volume Discounts

  • Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout:
    • 5+ barrels: 3% discount
    • 10+ barrels: 7% discount
    • 20+ barrels: 12% discount
  • Discounts apply only to standard products and not to custom bulk contract fuel unless specified.

6. Product Quality & Safety

  • All fuel meets ASTM and other relevant industry standards.
  • Customers must follow the provided Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and handling instructions.
  • FuelPro is not liable for damages resulting from improper storage, handling, or use of fuel products.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of bulk fuel, all sales are final.
  • Refunds or returns are only considered in case of incorrect product delivery or defective product, subject to verification.

8. Liability

  • FuelPro Bulk Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of our products.
  • Our liability for direct damages is limited to the value of the purchased product(s).

9. Regulatory Compliance

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding the storage, transport, and use of fuel.
  • FuelPro provides safety and regulatory documentation to assist compliance but does not assume legal responsibility on behalf of customers.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the FuelPro website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of FuelPro Bulk Energy and may not be copied or used without prior permission.

11. Governing Law
